Common use of Section 6.7 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.7. District agrees to share the draft instructional calendar with PSE leadership early in the process of 9 calendar development. Any comments from PSE will be considered prior to finalizing the calendar for 10 presentation to the board. 14 A R T I C L E V I I 16 HOURS OF WORK AND WORKING CONDITIONS 18 Section 7.1. 19 The workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 20 consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday; provided, however, the District may assign an 21 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 22 days of rest. A period of days will not be considered “consecutive” for the purposes of this section if 23 those days include any paid, or unpaid leave shift(s).
