Common use of Section 6.8.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.8.1. Employees who work in a higher paid position for eight (8) accumulative days during any one 44 (1) year will receive the higher compensation retroactive to and including the first day of such 45 work.

Section 6.8.1. Employees who work in a higher paid position for eight (8) accumulative days during any one 44 (1) 11 year will receive the higher compensation retroactive to and including the first day of such 45 work.
