Common use of Section 7.13.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.13.1. 5 All hours worked on the fifth (5th) consecutive day by employees listed in Section 7.13 shall be 6 compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the employee’s base rate. All hours 7 worked on the fifth (5th) consecutive day in excess of eight (8) hours and in excess of forty (40) 8 hours shall be compensated at a rate twice the employee’s base rate.
