Common use of Section 7.18 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.18. the bargaining unit may be temporarily advanced to a higher paying classification during 3 times when school is not in session (Winter, Spring, and Summer break). All advancements, in 4 accordance with this Section shall be set forth in a "Supplemental Contract." Employees will suffer no 5 adverse impact on rights, benefits and privileges available to them pursuant to the Agreement.
