Section 7.2. Vacations. 16 All employees subject to this Agreement shall be credited with days of vacation credit based on the 17 employee's regular daily hours worked during the period September 1 to August 31. Such vacation 18 credit shall be earned, vested, and used as designated in this Article. Vacation shall be earned as 19 follows: 20 Full-Time School Year
Section 7.2. Vacations. 16 Regular employment (regularly assigned to work 260 days per year) shall qualify for annual vacation 17 accrual based on their regular works shift as follows.
19 1. Upon completion of one (1) year of service in the District, the employee shall receive five (5) 20 days of paid vacation.
Section 7.2. Vacations. Upon completion of the first year of service with the school district, each year-round employee shall be 7 granted five (5) days paid vacation per year. Section 7.2. Vacations. Beginning with the first (1st) through fifth (5th) year of employment, employees shall receive ten (10) 15 days vacation per year. Beginning with the sixth (6th) year of employment, one (1) additional day will 16 be added each year until by the completion of the fifteenth (15th) year of employment a maximum of 18 school year will be granted prorated vacation credits per Article XVII, Section 17.9. Hours worked by 20 vacation days, instead these employees shall receive a shift differential as stated in Section 17.15.
Section 7.2. Vacations. 36 All employees subject to this Agreement shall earn hours of vacation based on hours worked. Vacation 37 payment for less than 1680 annual hour employees will be included in monthly payment. Employees who 38 work 1680 hours or greater annual hours will receive vacation credit benefits. Vacation shall be based on 39 the following provisions. 40
Section 7.2. Vacations. 15 Twelve (12) month employees shall earn paid vacation days each fiscal year (FY) as follows:
17 A. During the first to fifth year of current continuous employment – 10 days per FY.
18 B. During the fifth to twelfth year of current continuous employment – 15 days per FY.
19 C. During the thirteenth year to severance – 20 days per FY.
Section 7.2. Vacations. 2 All Year Round (eight (8) hours per day, twelve (12) months per year) employees subject to this 3 agreement shall be credited with days of vacation credit on the employee’s regular daily hours worked 4 during the period September 1 to August 31. All School Year employees (less than eight (8) hours per 5 day, less than twelve (12) months per year) subject to this Agreement shall be credited with days of 6 vacation credit based on the total days in an Assignment as per Schedule A, prorated for actual days 7 and hours worked. New employees hired during the year shall receive prorated vacation credit. Such 8 vacation credit shall be earned, vested, and used as designated in this Article. Section 7.2. Vacations. 32 Full-time, twelve (12) month employees shall receive two (2) weeks paid vacation after one (1) year of 33 full-time employment. Upon completion of six (6) years of full-time employment, an employee shall 34 receive three (3) weeks of paid vacation. Upon completion of twelve (12) years of full-time 35 employment, an employee shall receive four (4) weeks of paid vacation. Upon completion of eighteen 36 (18) years of full-time employment, an employee shall receive five (5) weeks of paid vacation. 37 Vacations must be taken on non-school attendance days, unless mutually agreed between the employee 38 and the immediate supervisor. 39 40 If an employee switches from a less than full-time position to a full-time twelve (12) month position, 41 then consideration shall be given for the total months of service time with the District. All contracted 42 time will be added up and then divided by twelve (12) to determine total years of full-time 43 employment equivalency. Employees shall receive credit for a full month of service provided the 44 employee worked at least one half (1/2) of their contracted days during each month. 46 The vacation accrual calculations shall then be based upon total twelve (12) months, years of contracted 47 service with the school District.
Section 7.2. Vacations. Employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to paid vacations at their regular number of 29 workday hours on the following basis: 32 6-8 years – 13 Days 33 9-13 years – 15 Days 34 14 years – 16 Days 35 15 years – 17 Days 36 16 years – 18 Days 37 17 years – 19 Days 38 18 years – 20 Days 39 19 years – 21 Days 40 20 years – 22 Days 41 21 years – 23 Days 42 22+ years – 24 Days 43 44 Days awarded in excess of twenty (20) days shall be restricted to non-students days. Vacation pay for 45 employees who do not work the entire year, (September 1 through August 31) shall receive pro-rata 46 vacation pay.
Section 7.2. Vacations. 44 During the first year of employment, full-time employees receive one (1) day vacation credit for each 45 month worked, or major portion thereof, to a maximum of ten (10) days.
