Common use of Section 7.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.2. 8 A regular work shift will consist of eight and one-half (81/2) hours including a mutually agreed upon 9 uninterrupted thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch period as near the middle of the shift as is practicable, and 10 also including a fifteen (15) minute first half and fifteen (15) minute second half rest period, both of which 11 rest periods shall occur as near the middle of each half shift as is practicable. Twelve (12) month 12 employees, with approval of the Superintendent or designee, may be allowed to arrange their shifts to 13 reflect non-regular shifts during the summer break.
