Section 7.4.1. On late-start or early dismissal days, unrelated to inclement weather, classified personnel shall 3 work their assigned schedule and perform duties consistent with their regular rate of pay. If 4 requested by the employee and approved in advance, unpaid leave may be granted to allow an 5 employee to work only those hours of their assigned schedule that students are present without 6 the employee being required to exhaust all paid leave (Section 9.5).
