Common use of Section 7.4.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.4.1. 19 Any shift of three (3) or more hours, but less than five (5) hours shall receive a ten (10) minute rest 20 period as near the middle of the shift as practicable. Employees working less than a three (3) hour shift 21 shall receive no rest period.
