Common use of Section 7.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.5. 16 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 17 agreed upon by the employee and supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to forego 18 a lunch period and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee shall 19 be compensated for the foregone lunch period at one and one-half (1½) the regular rate.

Section 7.5. 16 37 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 17 38 agreed upon by the employee and supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to forego 18 a 39 lunch period and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee shall 19 be 40 compensated for the foregone lunch period at one and one-half (1½) the regular rateovertime rates.

Section 7.5. 16 28 Employees required by the District to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to 29 eat at a time 17 agreed upon by the employee and supervisor. In the event the District requires an 30 employee to forego 18 a lunch period and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, 31 the employee shall 19 be compensated for the foregone lunch period at one and one-half (1½) the regular rateperiod.

Section 7.5. 16 6 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 17 7 agreed upon by the employee and his/her supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to 8 forego 18 a his/her lunch period and the employee works the his/her entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee 9 he/she shall 19 be compensated for the foregone lunch period at one and one-half (1½) the regular rateperiod.

Section 7.5. 16 46 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 17 47 agreed upon by the employee and supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to forego 18 a 48 lunch period and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee shall 19 be 1 compensated for the foregone lunch period at one and one-half (1½) the regular rates, unless the additional time placed said 2 employee into overtime, then in such incidents said employee will receive that additional time at the 3 overtime rate.

Section 7.5. 16 13 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 17 14 agreed upon by between the employee and supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to 15 forego 18 a lunch period and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee 16 shall 19 be compensated for the foregone lunch period at one and one-half (1½) the regular rateovertime rates, in accordance with Section 7.8.

In the event the District requires an employee to forego 18 a 24 lunch period and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee shall 19 be 25 compensated for the foregone lunch period at one and one-half (1½) the regular rateovertime rates.

Section 7.5. 16 2 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 17 3 agreed upon by the employee and his/her supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to 4 forego 18 a his/her lunch period and the employee works the his/her entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee 5 he/she shall 19 be compensated for the foregone lunch period at one and one-half (1½) the regular rateperiod.

Section 7.5. 16 24 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 17 25 agreed upon by between the employee and supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to 26 forego 18 a lunch period and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee 27 shall 19 be compensated for the foregone lunch period at one and one-half (1½) the regular rate.overtime rates, in accordance with Section 7.8. 28

Section 7.5. 16 34 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 17 35 agreed upon by the employee and supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to forego 18 a 36 lunch period and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee shall 19 be 37 compensated for the foregone lunch period at one and one-half (1½) at the employees regular raterate of 38 pay.

Section 7.5. 16 8 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a 9 reasonable time 17 agreed upon assigned by the employee and supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to forego 18 a 10 lunch period and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee shall 19 be 11 compensated for the foregone lunch period. If the employee works over eight (8) hours, the lunch 12 period will be compensated at one and one-half (1½) the regular rateovertime rates.

Section 7.5. 16 45 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a reasonable 46 time 17 agreed upon assigned by the employee and supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to forego 18 a lunch period 47 and the employee works the entire shift, including the lunch period, the employee shall 19 be compensated 48 for the foregone lunch period. If the employee works over eight (8) hours, the lunch period will be 49 compensated at one and one-half (1½) the regular rateovertime rates.

Section 7.5. 16 18 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 17 agreed 19 upon by the employee and supervisor.
