Common use of Section 7.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.5. 25 Employees who work in excess of five (5) days for the normal full schedule of hours and responsibilities 26 of a regular employee working in a higher job classification shall receive the rate pay of the higher paying 27 job classification. This rate of pay shall be retroactive to the first day of work.
