Section 7.7. 36 In the event of an unusual school closure due to inclement weather, plant inoperation, or the like, the 37 District will make every effort to notify each employee before coming to work. Employees reporting to 38 work shall receive a minimum of one (1) hour's pay at base rate in the event of such a closure; 39 provided, however, no employee shall be entitled to any such compensation in the event the employee 40 has been actually notified by the District of the closure prior to leaving home for work.
