Common use of Section 8.1.1. Unworked Holidays Clause in Contracts

Section 8.1.1. Unworked Holidays. 16 Employees shall receive pay equal to their normal work shift at their base rate in effect at the 17 time the holiday occurs.

Section 8.1.1. Unworked Holidays. 16 Employees 18 Eligible employees shall receive pay equal to their normal work shift at their base rate in effect 19 at the 17 time the holiday occurs. Employees who are on the active payroll on the holiday and 20 have worked either their last scheduled shift preceding the holiday and/or their first scheduled 21 shift succeeding the holiday, or are on paid leave for such days, shall be eligible for pay for 22 such unworked holiday.
