Common use of Section 8.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.3. 43 Each employee who by the September 1 accrual date has completed less than one (1) year of service 44 will receive vacation time prorated to time worked. For the purposes of calculating vacation days for 45 succeeding years, employees who have been actively employed for at least one-half (1/2) of the 46 employment year by September 1 shall advance one (1) year of service on Schedule B.

Section 8.3. 43 17 Each employee who by the September 1 1, accrual date date, has completed less than one (1) year of years’ service 44 will 18 receive vacation time prorated to time worked. For the purposes of calculating vacation days for 45 19 succeeding years, employees who have been actively employed for at least one-one half (1/2½) of the 46 20 employment year by September 1 shall advance be credited with one (1) year of service on Schedule B.and be granted vacation 21 time in accordance with Section 8.2.

Section 8.3. 43 35 Each employee who by the September 1 accrual date has completed less than one (1) year of service 44 will 36 receive vacation time prorated to time worked. For the purposes of calculating vacation days for 45 37 succeeding years, employees who have been actively employed for at least one-half (1/2½) of the 46 38 employment year by September 1 shall advance one (1) year of service on Schedule B.

Section 8.3. 43 24 Each employee who by the September 1 1, accrual date date, has completed less than one (1) year of year's service 44 25 will receive vacation time prorated to time worked. For the purposes of calculating vacation days for 45 26 succeeding years, employees who have been actively employed for at least one-half (1/2) of the 46 employment 27 year by September 1 shall advance be credited with one (1) year of service on Schedule B.and be granted vacation time in 28 accordance with Section 8.2.
