Common use of Section 9.10.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.10.2. The returning employee will be assigned to the same position or a position substantially equal 3 to that occupied before the leave of absence. An employee hired to fill a vacancy created by a 4 leave of absence will be hired for the period of time during which the leave is effective. The 5 District shall advise replacement personnel that he/she is being hired only for the period of such 6 leave.
