Common use of Section 9.1.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.1.2. 10 Employees who have accrued sick leave while employed by another public school district in 11 the State of Washington shall be given credit for such accrued sick leave upon employment by 12 the District.

Section 9.1.2. 10 43 Employees who have accrued sick leave while employed by another public school district in 11 44 the State of Washington shall be given credit for such accrued sick leave upon employment by 12 45 the District.

Section 9.1.2. 10 31 Employees who have accrued sick leave while employed by another public school district district, in 11 32 the State of Washington Washington, shall be given credit for such accrued sick leave upon employment by 12 with the 33 District.
