Common use of SECTION 915 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 915. 21 In the event that an employee is absent for reasons that are covered by Washington State 22 Industrial Insurance, the District shall allow the employee to use accrued sick leave as desired 23 by the employee, up to the amount equal to the employee’s regular pay prior to disability.
