Section 9.2.1.1 Sample Clauses
Section 9.2.1.1. 17 If the District exercises the trial period option, the employee shall be placed in an 18 existing equivalent position or moved back to the previously-held position. Such 19 placement shall be done in consultation with the Association. Failure to complete 20 probation shall be grievable to the extent that the decision is arbitrary and capricious.
Section 9.2.1.1. 11 In computing the total vacation credit for any period of service, part of an hour will be 12 disregarded if less than one-half (1/2) hour; otherwise, it will be counted as a full hour.
Section 9.2.1.1. 2 Immediate family is defined to include mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, 3 son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, mother-in-law, 4 father-in-law, grandchild, grandparent, step-father, step-mother, step-child aunt, uncle, 5 and/or person who is a non-paying resident of the household.
