Common use of Section 9.2.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.2.3. 30 All hours for which an employee is paid will be counted as hours worked in the computation of 31 credit, and hours worked at premium rates shall be counted as straight time hours in such 32 computation.

Section 9.2.3. 30 46 All hours for which an employee is paid will be counted as hours worked in the computation of 31 47 credit, and hours worked at premium rates shall be counted as straight time hours in such 32 48 computation.
