Section 9.5.5 Clause Samples

Section 9.5.5. On September 1 of the fourteenth (14th) year of service with the District, each employee shall 3 be granted twenty (20) workdays vacation per year.
Section 9.5.5. 37 An employee who returns to work at the agreed upon date shall be returned to the position 38 previously held or a position with comparable wages, hours and working conditions, at the 39 District's discretion.
Section 9.5.5. 11 Unused personal leave will be cashed-out and paid to the employee at the substitute rate of pay for 12 their assignment; provided that, this cash-out provision: 14 a. Will not be available to an employee who has taken leave without pay during the current 15 school year. 16 b. Will be paid to those employees having not less than two (2) hours of unused personal leave 17 as of the last day of school. 19 The personal leave allocation will be based on the employee’s assigned hours (FTE) as of the first 20 scheduled work day in October, and cash-out paid in the August payroll.
