Section 9.7.2. 15 The employee will retain accrued sick leave, vested vacation rights, and seniority while on 16 leave of absence. However, vacation credits, sick leave, and seniority will not accrue while the 17 employee is on a leave of absence. If the leave is approved for extended illness or injury, 18 including industrial accident or industrial illness, seniority will accrue to a maximum of one 19 additional year.
