Section 9.7.2. 13 The employee will retain accrued illness and injury leave, vested vacation rights, and seniority 14 rights while on leave of absence. However, vacation credits, illness and injury leave, and 15 seniority shall not accrue while the employee is on leave of absence except, however, that if 16 such leave is approved for extended illness or injury or serving in the Armed Forces of the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, seniority shall accrue.
