Common use of Section 9.8.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.8.2. 38 The returning employee will be assigned to the position occupied before the leave of absence. 39 Employees/leave replacement employees hired to fill positions of employees on leave of 40 absence will be hired for a specific period of time, during which they shall be subject to all 41 provisions of this Agreement. It shall be the responsibility of the employer to inform 42 replacement employees of these provisions.
