Section A. - Fiscal Salary. 1. One-twelfth (1/12) of the employee's annual salary shall be paid on the last business day of each month. Payroll checks shall be electronically deposited at the financial institution of the employee’s choosing. Financial institutions for electronic deposit are limited to those listed on the Northwest Clearing House Association. 2. Should an employee contract be terminated by mutual consent during the school year, the employee will receive a full salary which bears the same ratio to the whole salary as the number of days of service performed by the employee bears to the total number of contractual days in the employee’s work year. 3. A training wage for non-contact days shall be established at $25 per hour for 2003-2004 school year and be increased by 4% each year thereafter. $33 per hour for the 2012-15 school year.
