SECTION Accounting Terms. All accounting terms not specifically defined herein shall be construed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistent with those applied in the preparation of the audited financial statements referred to in Section 4.01(e). A. SECTION Computations of Outstandings. Whenever reference is made in this Agreement to the "principal amount outstanding" on any date under this Agreement, such reference shall refer to the aggregate principal amount of all Advances outstanding on such date after giving effect to all Borrowings to be made on such date and the application of the proceeds thereof.
