Common use of Section and Exhibit References Clause in Contracts

Section and Exhibit References. All references contained in this Agreement to Sections and Exhibits shall be deemed to be references to Sections of, and Exhibits attached to, this Agreement. All references to Sections shall be deemed to also refer to subsections of such Sections, if any. The definitions of terms defined in this Agreement shall apply to the Exhibits, unless the context otherwise indicates.
