Section and other captions contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and are in no way intended to describe, interpret, define or limit the scope, extent or intent of any part of this Agreement. The division of this Agreement into Articles, Sections, subsections, paragraphs and subparagraphs and the insertion of headings and an index is for the convenience of reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement. All references in this Agreement to Articles or Sections are to the relevant Articles or Sections of this Agreement, unless otherwise stated.
