Common use of Section F. Investigating and Processing Grievances Clause in Contracts

Section F. Investigating and Processing Grievances. A Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time without loss of pay to investigate a grievance pending at Step One (1) or Step Two (2) of the grievance procedure when such absence will not substantially interfere with the Employer's operations. A Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be permitted to leave during his/her regular working hours upon requesting and receiving approval from his/her Supervisor in the manner outlined below.
