Common use of Section Four Clause in Contracts

Section Four. Appeal to a response from the appointing authority denying the request (#2 above) or removing the duties (#3 above), or failure to respond within the time frames provided may be submitted to the Commissioner of Administrative Services within seven (7) days of the date of such response or due date. A meeting shall be held and an answer to such appeal will be issued within thirty (30) days of the date the appeal was filed with the Commissioner of Administrative Services.
