Section Intentionally Blank. Confidential Information shall be stored, backed up, and served only on servers located in the continental United States. Vendor’s network where Confidential Information may be stored shall have an in-line intrusion prevention system that inspects incoming data transmissions. Vendor shall have a documented disaster recovery plan for the electronic systems where Confidential Information may be stored. Data stored in cloud-based systems must be protected in the same manner as local data as described throughout the Agreement.
