Section Notice of Default. EEX and/or EEX Capital shall provide written notice to the Placement Agent of any of the Default or Event of Default under any of the Transaction Documents or the EEX Credit Agreement at the same time such entity provides such notice to the agent under the EEX Credit Agreement or any similar entity.
