Unless otherwise expressly stated or the context clearly indicates a different intention, then all references to sections, paragraphs, clauses, schedules and exhibits herein are to be interpreted as references to sections, paragraphs, clauses, schedules and exhibits of and to this Agreement. In addition, the words "herein", "hereof", "hereunder", "hereto" and other words of similar import herein refer to this Agreement as a whole, and not to any particular section, paragraph or clause in this Agreement.
