Section Six. The Parties hereby agree that telephone and internet service shall be transferred over to the Village which shall be responsible for all costs pertaining to said transfer as well as all telephone and internet service regarding the Premises during the term of this Agreement. Additionally, the Village shall be responsible for refuse disposal charges, additional water consumption, natural gas and electricity costs during the term of this agreement. Water, gas, and electric shall be prorated by the School District and invoiced to the Village. The Village may through existing franchise agreements or other contracts coordinate for a reduction or credit to the District respected accounts to cover costs for refuse disposal costs, additional water consumption, natural gas and electricity costs over the term of this agreement. If the reduction or credits applied to said accounts does not fully cover the additional costs associated with the Village utilization of the Premise, the Village shall be responsible for the outstanding balance to the District. The Village shall make said payments within thirty days after receipt of said invoices. All provisions regarding payment due the School District shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
