Common use of SECTIONAL TITLE Clause in Contracts

SECTIONAL TITLE. 26.2.1. This Agreement is subject to the condition precedent in that the Seller must be able to obtain approval of the Sectional Title Plan by the Surveyor-General as well as the registration of the Sectional Title Register, in terms of Section 11 of the STA, in the Cape Town Deeds Registry on or before the Transfer Date. 26.2.2. In the event of this condition not being fulfilled, the Seller will refund the Purchaser all amounts paid in terms of this Agreement.
