  • Personal Items 15.6.1 We shall not be responsible in any way for your personal furniture, jewellery, other valuables, cash, credit cards, cheques, documents or other personal possessions unless we have been fraudulent or breached this Agreement in respect of your belongings. 15.6.2 If you wish to bring in large personal items (for example, furniture), into the Residence, you must ask the General Manager in writing before you move in. Any decision to allow personal items to be brought into, and used in, the Residence is at the discretion of the General Manager. 15.6.3 Your personal items must not constitute a fire hazard or a health and safety risk, or disturb the peaceful enjoyment of the Residence by other residents and employees.

  • Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.

  • Service Personal Data The Personal Data supplied by a Buyer to the Supplier in the course of the use of the G-Cloud Services for purposes of or in connection with this Call-Off Contract. Subcontractor Any third party engaged by the Supplier under a subcontract (permitted under the Framework Agreement and the Call-Off Contract) and its servants or agents in connection with the provision of G-Cloud Services. Subprocessor Any third party appointed to process Personal Data on behalf of the Supplier under this Call-Off Contract. Supplier The person, firm or company identified in the Order Form. Supplier Representative The representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to the Call-Off Contract. Supplier staff All persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier’s servants, agents, suppliers and subcontractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Call-Off Contract. Supplier terms The relevant G-Cloud Service terms and conditions as set out in the Terms and Conditions document supplied as part of the Supplier’s Application. Term The term of this Call-Off Contract as set out in the Order Form. Variation This has the meaning given to it in clause 32 (Variation process). Working Days Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales. Year A contract year. Schedule 7: GDPR Information This schedule reproduces the annexes to the GDPR schedule contained within the Framework Agreement and incorporated into this Call-off Contract. Annex 1: Processing Personal Data This ▇▇▇▇▇ shall be completed by the Controller, who may take account of the view of the Processors, however the final decision as to the content of this Annex shall be with the Buyer at its absolute discretion.

  • Personal Illness Employees may use accumulated sick leave for hours off due to personal illness. The employee may be required to furnish a medical certificate from a qualified physician as evidence of illness or physical disability in order to qualify for paid sick leave as per District practice. Accumulated sick leave may also be granted for such time as is actually necessary for office visits to a doctor, dentist, optometrist, etc.

  • Other Personal Property Unless at the time Secured Party takes possession of any tangible Collateral, or within seven days thereafter, Debtor gives written notice to Secured Party of the existence of any goods, papers or other property of Debtor, not affixed to or constituting a part of such Collateral, but which are located or found upon or within such Collateral, describing such property, Secured Party shall not be responsible or liable to Debtor for any action taken or omitted by or on behalf of Secured Party with respect to such property without actual knowledge of the existence of any such property or without actual knowledge that it was located or to be found upon or within such Collateral.
