Common use of Secure Tenancy Clause in Contracts

Secure Tenancy. (a) If you have a Secure Tenancy your rights are set out in the Housing ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Part IV. We will not interfere with your right to live in your home unless we have to take legal action to end your tenancy such as if you have broken any of the conditions of this tenancy agreement. However, we are not allowed to evict you from your home without proving our case in a court of law. If the court agrees with us, they will give us a court order that allows us to end your tenancy.
