Secured Areas. Tenant may designate certain reasonable areas of the Premises as “Secured Areas” should Tenant require such areas for the purpose of securing certain valuable property or confidential information, provided Landlord shall have the right to approve of the designation of such Secured Areas, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. In connection with the foregoing, Landlord shall not enter such Secured Areas except in the event of an emergency or unless Landlord is accompanied by a Tenant escort, to the extent an escort is reasonably available (provided that Tenant agrees to make such escort available within twenty-four (24) hours following any request by Landlord for access thereto in accordance with the terms of this Lease). Landlord need not clean or provide any other janitorial services to any area designated by Tenant as a Secured Area and shall only maintain or repair such Secured Areas to the extent (i) such repair or maintenance is required in order to maintain and repair the Project structure and/or the Project systems (provided that Landlord is required to perform the same in accordance with the terms of this Lease; otherwise, Tenant shall perform the same, at its sole cost and expense); (ii) as required by applicable laws (provided that Landlord is required to perform the same in accordance with the terms of this Lease; otherwise, Tenant shall perform the same, at its sole cost and expense), or (iii) in response to specific requests by Tenant for services that are required to be provided by Landlord pursuant to the terms of this Lease and in accordance with a schedule reasonably designated by Tenant, subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval. Any entry into the Premises by Landlord in the manner hereinbefore described shall not be deemed to be a forcible or unlawful entry into, or a detainer of, the Premises, or an actual or constructive eviction of Tenant from any portion of the Premises.
Secured Areas. Unless Construction Manager is otherwise notified in writing by Owner, all Owner property and premises are secured areas. Construction Manager will abide by all security requirements communicated in writing to Construction Manager by Owner. Construction Manager’s failure to comply with these security requirements in any way will be grounds for termination for default or breach.

Landlord may not enter such Secured Areas except in the case of emergency or in the event of a Landlord inspection, in which case Landlord shall provide Tenant with one (1) business day prior written notice of the specific date and time of such Landlord inspection.

Secured Areas. Landlord agrees that Tenant has designated the payroll room located at Room 2091 of the Building and the data center located at Room 2023 of the Building as the "Secured Areas". Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant may not designate such Rooms as "Secured Areas" if such designation is in violation of Legal Requirements or would prohibit Landlord free access to any fan room, mechanical room or other portion of the Premises which Landlord deems necessary or desirable to enter in connection with the repair, maintenance, operation or upgrading of building systems. Tenant shall not be required to furnish Landlord with door keys or other entry devices to the Secured Areas. Landlord agrees not to access the Secured Areas unless and until Tenant has been given two (2) Business Days prior written notice and then Landlord may only access the Secured Areas with a Tenant escort, which Tenant promises to provide. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Landlord reasonably determines that it is necessary for Landlord to enter the Secured Areas in an emergency situation, Tenant must immediately permit such entry. If Tenant is unavailable to provide such consent or if Tenant refuses to permit Landlord to enter into the Secured Areas, Landlord may use such force as Landlord deems reasonably necessary to obtain entry into the Secured Areas and Landlord shall not be responsible for any damage to Tenant's property or the Premises caused by Landlord's forced entry. Tenant may designate additional rooms in the Building as Secured Areas in accordance with the terms of this Section 5.02 without Landlord’s approval so long as the aggregate square footage of such Secured Areas does not exceed 3,000 square feet.
Secured Areas. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Platform is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized persons attempting to access these areas of the Platform may be subject to prosecution.

Landlord may not enter such Secured Areas except in the case of emergency or in the event of a Landlord inspection, in which case Landlord shall provide Tenant with ten (10) days' prior written notice of the specific date and time of such Landlord inspection. Tenant hereby acknowledges that Landlord may be required to enter the Secured Areas in order to comply with federal, state or local statutes, rules or regulations or upon court order and shall be permitted such access in such event. Tenant may require that Landlord be accompanied by an employee of Tenant on all non-emergent entries by Landlord onto the Premises and may change locks on the Premises provided Landlord is supplied with replacement keys.
Secured Areas. If Landlord determines in its reasonable discretion that a suspected fire or flood or other emergency in the Building requires Landlord to gain access to any Secured Area, Landlord may forcibly enter such Secured Area. Landlord shall make a reasonable effort to contact Tenant to secure access, but Landlord shall not be obligated to contact Tenant. In such event, Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever to Tenant except to the extent of Landlord’s negligence or misconduct, and Tenant shall pay all reasonable expenses in repairing any damaged Secured Area.
