Common use of Secured Party Access Clause in Contracts

Secured Party Access. Each Pledgor will permit Secured Party, by Secured Party’s representatives and agents, to enter any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, without breach of the peace, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral and to remove all or any part of the Collateral.
