Common use of Securities Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Securities Guarantee. As and to the extent set forth in a supplemental indenture established as contemplated by Section 3.01 with respect to any series of Securities, one or more persons (each, a “Guarantor”) may guarantee that series of Securities on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in such supplemental indenture.
