If Securities of or within a series are issuable in the form of one or more Global Securities, then, notwithstanding clause (8) of Section 3.1 and the provisions of Section 3.2, any such Global Security or Securities may provide that it or they shall represent the aggregate amount of all Outstanding Securities of such series (or such lesser amount as is permitted by the terms thereof) from time to time endorsed thereon and may also provide that the aggregate amount of Outstanding Securities of such series represented thereby may from time to time be increased or decreased to reflect exchanges.
