Securities Issuable in Global Form. The Securities initially will be represented by one or more notes in registered, global form without interest coupons, referred to as global notes. Any such Security shall represent Outstanding Securities and may provide that it shall represent the aggregate amount of Outstanding Securities and that the aggregate amount of Outstanding Securities may from time to time be increased or decreased to reflect exchanges.
