SECURITIES OF ANY SERIES TO BE CANCELED AND DISCHARGED ON SPECIFIC CONDITIONS. If Securities of any Series at the time outstanding are to be redeemed under circumstances to which Section 11.02 is applicable, the Company shall deliver to the Trustee (1) proof satisfactory to the Trustee that notice of redemption thereof on a specified redemption date has been given as hereinbefore provided, or (2) proof satisfactory to the Trustee that arrangements have been made insuring to the satisfaction of the Trustee that such notice will be so given, or (3) a written instrument in form and substance satisfactory to the Trustee executed by the Company, and expressed to be irrevocable, authorizing the Trustee to give such notice for and on behalf of the Company.
