Executive further agrees that he will not buy, sell or otherwise trade any securities of Novavax based on any material confidential information (as described in Section 10 of the Employment Agreement) learned as a consultant of Novavax, or tip others to do so. If Executive is ever unsure about Executive’s compliance with this Section 6(e), Executive shall contact the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
