Common use of Security Access Clause in Contracts

Security Access. We will assign a unique User ID and User Password (referred to as “Security Codes”) to the designated Company Administrator(s). The User ID and Password will be provided via separate emails. Upon initial login you will receive a onetime passcode sent to the phone you designated on your application as your primary contact. You will be prompted to change your password. After login you can change your User ID under Settings. You will be responsible for any liability, loss, or damage resulting from actions in accordance with instructions to us from any person you have authorized as a Company user. You shall promptly notify us of any suspected compromise of security involving the passwords and ID’s assigned.
