Security Agents. Customer agrees that Service Provider reserves the right to install security agents on Customer systems. • Agents are used to perform vulnerability scans on a regular basis. • The results of the scans can be shared with the Customer points of contact for each scanned system. • When findings are classified, per Industry rating, as either “Critical” or “High”, Customer is expected to remediate the findings within ten calendar days of being notified. • Depending on the severity of the issue and resolution response, the Customer’s corresponding campus CISO may also need to be notified.
