Security Agreement; ALSC Stock Certificate; UCC-1 Statement. Borrower shall have delivered to Lender the Security Agreement, the ALSC stock certificate(s) representing all of the issued and outstanding ALSC Common Shares duly endorsed in blank or accompanied by stock powers or other instruments of transfer duly executed in blank and such financing statements on Form UCC-1 as Lender shall reasonably require which Lender shall file under applicable Law in order to perfect the security interests created in the assets of Borrower thereunder;
