Security and Data Protection Impact Assessments. Processor will provide commercially reasonable assistance to Controller for the fulfillment of Controller's obligations pu rsuant to GDPR, Article 32 (security of processing) and Article 36 (prior consultation), as appropriate and feasible with respect to the nature of processing and information available to Processor.
