Security and Financial Indebtedness. (a) No Security or Quasi-Quasi Security exists over all or any of the present or future assets of any member of the Company Group other than than: (i) the Existing Security; and (ii) as permitted or not prohibited by the Finance Documents. (b) The Borrower does not have any Financial Indebtedness outstanding other than: (i) the Existing Financial Indebtedness; and (ii) as permitted by any Finance Document.
