Common use of Security and Incident Response Clause in Contracts

Security and Incident Response. 3.2.1 Maintenance Contractor is responsible for the safety and security of the Project, Maintenance Contractor personnel and the general public during all maintenance activities under the control of any Maintenance Contractor-Related Entity. 3.2.2 Maintenance Contractor shall comply with all applicable Laws, including those established by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and any comparable Governmental Entity, and shall coordinate and cooperate with all Governmental Entities providing security, first responder and other public emergency response services. 3.2.3 Maintenance Contractor shall perform and comply with the provisions of the Maintenance Specifications concerning Incident response, safety and security. 3.2.4 Maintenance Contractor shall implement all Incident response, safety and security procedures, protocols and requirements set forth in the Incident Management Plan (a component of the Maintenance Safety Plan).
