Security and Safety at the Project Site. For security and safety at the Project Site, the Concessionaire shall : (i) provide and maintain boundary wall and other suitable protection around the Project Facilities and shall be responsible for the security arrangements for the Project Facilities in order to maintain safe and orderly conduct of its business and the security thereof. (ii) install and operate a closed-circuit television system to monitor the Project Facilities and parts thereof as may be necessary and expedient for safe operations of the Project Facilities in accordance with Good Industry Practice. (iii) engage and depute trained personnel for maintaining the security and safety of Users inside the Site in accordance with Good Industry Practice. (iv) abide by and implement any instructions of the Authority and the Independent Expert for enhancing the security within and around the Project Facilities.
