Common use of Security Collateral Clause in Contracts

Security Collateral. All obligations of the Borrowers, or any one of them, to the Bank under the Equipment Line, as amended, and the Amended Note shall constitute Obligations as defined in the Loan Agreement and in the Security Agreement dated as of May 6, 1999 by and between Borrower and the Bank, and shall be entitled to the benefits of and be secured by the Security Documents.

Security Collateral. All obligations of the Borrowers, or any one of them, to the Bank under the Revolving Credit and the Equipment Line, as amended, and the Amended Note Notes shall constitute Obligations as defined in the Loan Agreement and in the Security Agreement dated as of May 6, 1999 by and between Borrower and the Bank, and shall be entitled to the benefits of and be secured by the Security Documents.

All obligations of the Borrowers, or any one of them, Borrower to the Bank under the Revolving Credit, Equipment Line, Bridge Loan and the Notes, as amended, and the Amended Note shall constitute Obligations as defined in the Loan Agreement and in the Security Agreement dated as of May 6, 1999 by and between Borrower and the Bank, and shall be entitled to the benefits of and be secured by the Security Documents.

Security Collateral. All obligations of the Borrowers, or any one of them, Borrower to the Bank under the Revolving Credit, the Equipment Line, as amended, and the Amended Note No. 2 shall constitute Obligations as defined in the Loan Agreement and in the Security Agreement dated as of May 6March 5, 1999 by and between Borrower and the Bank, and shall be entitled to the benefits of and acrd be secured by the Security Documents.
